The OVERTON'S^® PILGRIMAGE!

The second week of July 98, I had a business trip to the Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station located in Havelock, North Carolina. I stayed over the weekend to visit some friends and decided to make the pilgrimage (for lack of a better word) up to OVERTON'S^® in Greenville, NC ... about an hour northwest of the base ... after all, being an avid skiier I wanted to see this place first hand! Finding the showroom was a piece of cake but through a comedy of wrong turns and such trying to find Lake Kristi ... I met the main Technical Support contact, Scott Chauncey, and his boss, Jeanne Taylor, the Customer Service Manager at the Corporate Center (next to the showroom). Both were really great people. Scott personally took me out to Lake Kristi for a little tour ... WOW ... what a place. Below are pictures mostly of the Lake ... and a few other candid shots. I HAD A BLAST! Scott even got Kristi to sign a Promo Flyer (see below) and sent it to me!
